I had to call in about a wiring issue with my order. The support guy definitely seemed to know what he was talking about, but it took way too much back-and-forth before I actually got a clear answer. I don’t mind calling for help, but the communication could’ve been a lot more straightforward. Overall it was okay, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

I found a promo code on SVS PowerSports and was hoping it would make the order feel like a better deal, but it barely took anything off at checkout. Once shipping was added, most of the savings were basically gone. The site itself isn’t terrible, but in my opinion, the discount felt a little misleading and not really worth getting excited about.

I’ve ordered from SVS PowerSports a couple times now and both orders went smooth. One of them took a little Longer to ship than I was hoping, but everything showed up correct and was packed up just fine. Prices seemed Fair too. I’d definitely use them again next time I need something for my Bike.

I had, like, a bunch of questions about different parts, the staff really seemed to know their stuff. They helped me figure out the right setup without making it feel awkward or pushy or anything. Overall, yeah, it was a good experience.

I had to return an item to SVS Powersports i was a little nervous the refund was going to drag on forever. Thankfully, once they received the item back, they processed it fast, I think it only took a few days.
That said, I’d warn others to keep your tracking info and maybe follow up if you don’t hear anything, because the communication could’ve been a bit better. Overall though, the return worked out fine and I’d give them 4 stars.

I was trying to get everything installed, but the help just wasn’t really there when I needed it. Maybe it was just bad timing, but I felt like I was left figuring most of it out on my own.
